Over weight
One
in very four women and one in every five men is found to be over weight by 10%
by the age of 20. Obesity is an individual problem and makes the person lazy
and handicapped to activities.
Most
of the people believe that major cause of the obesity is over eating, as it is
not the cause but means to obesity. There are causes of obesity like because of
heredity or due to some disturbance in the functioning of body glands, brain
disorders also leads to obesity but is very rarer. Over weightiness is the
welcoming carpet for many diseases as the fat person is subjected to heart
disease, high blood pressure, varicose veins, flat fleet, diabetes, arthritis ,
hernia etc. not only limited to these but obesity may cause psychological
problems. Some distressing emotional experience such as home sickness, death,
illness etc. turns the person to food as a comforting reaction to the emotional
situation.
Over
weight guaranteed in reducing one’s life-span. People who are conscious for
their weight should keep regular checkup from experts and should do various
exercised in order to get rid off. A primary problem in reducing is to discover
the cause of overeating. An over weighted person should find out the cause why
he is overeating and must make changes in relation to the cause. Second problem
in reducing weight wisely is to loose weight safely until a desirable level is
reached and such a process needs the guidance of a physician or an expert.
There
are a few musts that are to be followed before starting a program for the
weight reduction. First of all discuss it with your physician and have an
immediate physical check up. Second your
rate of weight loss should be slow and steady, not more than 1 or 2 pounds a
week and last but not least one should have a strong determination and should
follow the diet strictly prescribed by the doctor.

Impressive approach! But there must be some sure shot general tecnhique that is applicable for all. Is there something like that.
